The following information will help you in the unlikely event that you need to make a return:
All returned merchandise must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before it can be accepted. To obtain a RMA, please call customer service for the RMA and shipping instructions. Your credit will be given in the same method as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
All products* and accessories* can be returned within 25 days of delivery but will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is your responsibility. If the product was shipped to you with free shipping then the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. All opened product returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
*Any Fueled or Oiled product or accessory cannot be returned, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repairs which might be covered under the warranty.
Special Order Items
Returns on special order items are not allowed.
Cancelled orders are subject to any cancellation policies from the manufactures as well as any credit card processing fees. Refunds will be less any costs incurred as a result of placing an order and then cancelling that order.
Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. Any refused order will fall under our standard return policy.
It is your responsibility to inspect all packages before you sign for delivery from the carrier. Damage can be in one of two forms: Suspected Damage and Obvious Damage
Suspected Damage – The outer packaging might looked damaged but there is the possibility that the product is not damaged. If you suspect there is damage that is not yet noticeable then you must make a note while the driver is still present. In such cases you must make the following note when signing the receipt “Possible Freight Damage”. If it is later discovered that the product was damaged then resolving the freight claim is easier.
Obvious Damage – Do not sign for delivery of damaged products. If there is obvious damage you must do the following: 1) Refuse Delivery and 2) Call us immediately
You are encouraged to ensure your product works as soon as possible as your warranties start from the date of purchase. Many suspected defects are issues that can be diagnosed and resolved by calling the manufacturer’s customer service department. You will need your model number, serial number and date of purchase when making these calls.
Engine-powered equipment that has been fueled or oiled cannot be returned. It must be taken to a authorized service center for repair which may or may not be covered under warranty.
